Hey there, I'm Joanne. I'm new to this whole TTC lingo.. so please bare w/ me. I'm 29 (well in less than a week). DH and I have been married for >5 yrs but have been together >11yrs. We've been TTC baby#1 for >2.5yrs now. We've been through the testing phase.. and a round of CCT without success. DR says the infertility cause is unexplained. We've been discussin IUI a bit but decided to TTC naturaly for a bit and I just started acupuncture treatments last week..which so far make me feel wonderful and hopeful once again.
I'm a registered nurse in labor and delivery which I absolutely love.. getting a bit hard sometimes though, finding myself a bit more emotional @ the births than before we were TTC.

I'm hoping to join thi support group cause both DH and I are about 50-60lbs overweight. I'm terrified of the word DIET.. just writting it down makes me shiver.. lol We eat healthy most of the time. But we have weeknesses for fast/food and chocolate treats like most ppl I'm sure.

Wow that must be hard to be a labor and delivery nurse with the added strain of IF. Oh, by the way, my name is Dawn and my dh and I have been trying to conceive for 2.5 years. We have done one Clomid IUI and 2 injectible cycle IUIs and we have 3 BFN. Working on making decision to jump to IVF or do one more IUI.
