During the time of ovulation do you continue to exercise or do you take it easy for a few days? My levels were up yesterday and had cramping yesterday/last night that I hadn't had in years....so I was curious if it would be wise to continue exercising or maybe wait a few days before doing anything strenuous?

I actually still exercise during ovulation. Nothing strenuous just walking. It helps me relieve stress.

Thanks thats what I was thinking too. I hate to quit altogether as NO exercise makes me feel miserable :(

I agree with you there. I have been cramping so bad the last couple of weeks and have not been able to exercise. I certainly can tell in my mood. Wishing you all the best

I work out even if its just some sit ups for some reason it makes feel better and lessens the pain.

Hello*!!! well I would say that you should be able o keep up with your normal work out, but if it hurts too much because of cramping then back off a bit then resume in a couple days. Rememeber that if you have a regular work out then you can even continue that into your pg (of course with the DR's okay)
