I rarely post, but instead of feeling sorry for myself anymore. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in grouping together for weight loss. I want to have someone to answer to. I am not reliable enough to answer to myself. I am 5 ft and weighing in at 197, I started treadmill for 30 min last pm and some weight lifting. Please help me :)

Im up for it! I just started weight watchers Thursday and so far so good. My first weight in was 247lbs. Im 5'2" and 27 years old. Im not doing any exercize right now until i can get my weight down about 20 lbs and my energy level back up. But i can tell you that the healthy eating ive been doing since thru has already given me a boost. I dont have a scale here at my house so i can check in with you on Thursday evenings after my weight ins to keep you updated. but Im on here everyday reading. It is 1208 here right now in WV and ive used 7 points of my 28 point allowance for today. WHich is a huge improvement over my first 3 days. I was only haveing about 9 points left for dinner by the time i ate breakfast and lunch. My name is Heather and I live in Charlotte, NC. I am not following any specific diet as of yet, but may try Nutri-System, which I've heard works. I have started walking on my treadmill last night and lifting a small amt of weights. Thanks for responding. I've watched the board, but it seems each thread already has a core group.
