Hi greeniz,
I have that too...diagnosed after 2 miscarriages. I am now on first round of clomid and in the 2ww...so I should know something in aprox 3-7 days or so. I am also on vitamin B6...no more than 50mg a day, and I have PCOS, so I am on metformin too....which I'm happy to say has regulated my period. Lastly, he told me to take natural progesterone when I do get preg to help sustain it. My first two pregs were natural...no clomid or anything. With this first round of clomid, my doc checked my follicles and said I had one that looked really good, so crossing my fingers. Anyway, I want to tell you that there is so much hope for correcting the LPD with clomid...so not sure if you have tried it, but if you haven't, ask your doc!!

No other issues here that I know of except LPD, which was treated with an HCG shot the day of IUI, for progesterone. When I missed a blood test and took it 10dpo rather than 7 they discovered my progesterone was too low so they had do suppositories, which did not raise my prog so the last IUI (which was BFN) I did PIO shots, this will be the case fot IVF too. I was also on either clomid or femera days 5-9...I was suprised to see on my med file that we are still listed as "undiagnosed". I guess LPD is techinically not a IF dx?!?

Good News & Bad News

I was also diagnosed with a LPD after having 4 m/c. On my 5th pregnancy I took clomid and then progesterone after ovulation unfortunately this pregnancy also resulted in a m/c so the treatment did not seem to work. (Bad News)

According to my sis-in-law who is an ob-gyn this idea of a LPD is controversial. Apparently when the LPD studies where repeated with fertile women they too showed this supposed LPD yet they had healthy children. When I asked my RE about this he did say that this was the case. (Good News)

We recently found out that my DH has poor sperm morpholgy and decided to try a sperm donor. I am 5.5 weeks pregnant so if this works out I guess it would suggest that a LPD doesn't really matter.
