Congratulations! I am new to fertility treatment and it always helps to hear a success story.

You can find a lot of information by searching online - google.com is a great search engine and you can get a lot of results instantly instead of waiting for people to respond to you. You will find better results by searching for HCG instead of HGC, though, since that's what your doctor tested. Here's a good place to start:

Good for you. I was on this board and got pregnant on my 3rd round of clomid and gave birth to my beautiful daughter on Oct. 4th. I know getting pregnant starts a whole new set of worrying but please try to enjoy the time and relax and don't go on too many websites because that is what I did and I worried thru most of it when I should of been enjoying every minute (who knows if this is the one and only time for me) and I had a very uneventful pregnancy.

Just so you know I didn't have any symptoms at all except for no period until around 8 or 9 weeks and all I got was extremely tired and bad hormonal headaches and that disappeared around 12 weeks and then it was smooth sailing with nothing until around 6 months when I started to feel the baby move and then 81/2 months everything became very uncomfortable. Good luck.

I'm glad you found success quickly and easily but I'm sure you would get a lot more feedback over on the pregnancy boards. Most of us are here because we can't get pregnant. I know the pg boards are more active and would be more helpful regarding pregnancy-related questions.
