THAT LOSING WEIGHT ISN'T ALWAYS THE MAGIC BULLET.
:hismilie: Hello ladies....As of today I have lost 70 pounds!...I am so proud of myself. I have worked so hard and I am consistant with my exercise. BUT..I feel I need to be a voice for all of the ladies out there that feel "being fluffy" is the main reason for their inability to conceive.
I am by no means "THIN"...but I have lost enough where my hormone levels should of benefited...IF it were mainly weight related I feel. Now the RE I will be seeing in Oct. may tell me different. But I plan to pull the weight card first and explain how much I have lost and that my cycles are STILL long. I honestly thought that 1) A weight loss this significant would of resulted in a more normal cycle length, if not 28 day one? and 2) that my first clomid cycle would work?
So please don't feel guilty...We just NEVER know what is affecting us from holding our miracle. Sure hope we figure it out soon....until then...will YOU ALL join me in....
1) Being REALLY REALLY good to yourself on a daily basis.
2) Eating HEALTHY...not to loose weight..but a good balanced diet.
3) Exercising...You are so worth ONE hour out of your day! The benefits are
unbelievable.
4) Begin to practice quiet time...if your don't meditate..look into it..and if it is not your cup of tea...just spend some time without the tv and radio.
5) Put yourself first sometimes. When is the last time you went to a movie of YOUR choice...ALONE.
6) Practice faith. For me..that is prayer and and a search for peace from IF
with the help of God.
7) LOVE your family and friends...in the midst of what is going on in the
WORLD all around us...It is our responsibility to let those around us know
"how much they mean to us."
Love...Goldie/Kim
