:hismilie: Hey Girls...Well today is August 1st...Weighed In...Lost 0...zilch..nada!... :bawl: But I have increased my strength training sooo maybe I am building muscle..yeah..think positive. :rolleyes:
So my next two week goals...continue strength training..and increase cardio.
Anybody else want to add another goal?

Good for you. The important thing is not the actual number but how you feel. It sounds like you getting very healthy with exercise and that is the most important thing. A few years ago I went on a low carb diet and went from 267 to 204 in about 6 months. After the first few weeks of losing I joined a gym and started at 3 days per week and then switched to 4 to 5 days per week with 1 1/2 to 2 hour work outs doing mostly cardio and can I tell you at 204 I felt like I weighed 120 pounds. I never felt so good in my life and didn't care that I was still far away from my goal. I had the confidence of a 120 pound person and felt like them and had the energy. I normally would of been at that weight a 18 and I was a 15 becuase I was toning too. So it's not about the number but how you feel that is important!!!!!!!

ok...i've been MIA for a couple of weeks, but there's really been nothing to report. I was holding steady the whole time with the 10 pounds i lost just before we started this discussion....HOWEVER! i weighed again this morning and lost another 2 pounds...so that's 12 for me so far....if i could get about another 15 off i'd be really excited. keep chugging girls!

I have been gone a while too. I gained 5 lbs and then lost 8 since I first weighed in. So if you do the math i am down another 3. Yeah!!!!

I am down 5lbs and this is without working out. I took the first 2 weeks to get use to eating less. I am heading back to the gym today. and its hot as heck here

hi sorry i am late with the weigh in down 3lbs since 2wks ago. made a vow with hubby to not eat fast food for the month of august been doing good so far. we eat out just about every night never have anytime to cook or maybe we are just too tired. will weigh in 2wks. keep up the good work ladies
