FT Boot Camp....Two weeks Goals!

:hismilie: Hey Girls...OK somebody please join me in some motivation BOOT CAMP. Goals are to weigh on the 15th (tomorrow) and the 1st of every month. OR two-weeks...set a different eating plan or eating goal and a separate exercise plan or goal every two weeks; this way we will see what works for us and maybe not get bored.
So......July 15th 2005 First Two Weeks....Goals
Next weigh day August 1st
Kim (goldie)...... Eating: NO SUGAR in any form (no treats) & Increase H2O
EXercise: Begin PILATES machine
Exercise bicycle
Curves
Walk
Who's next? :)

Cassie...... Eating: smaller portions, no fast food (unless its a salad), limiting sugar
Exercise: Exercise bike at least 4x a week, take dogs for walk twice a day

Eating : Natural whole foods...as little processed food as possible....Cut down on sugar....
Exercise : Walk away the pounds 1 or 2 mile and Walk and Kick Every Day!!

Hi girls!!
I'm in too!! I'm trying to be very moderate as I'm in my 2ww (clomid IUI cycle).
My goals,
Choose, natural, organic foods.
Severely limit any processed foods.
Yoga and salsa workout videos - atleast twice each this week.
water, water, water.
Down 24 lbs. since May 2nd. Still far, far from goal but atleast the scale is slowly going in the right direction.

weigh in tomorrow next weigh in august 1st.
my goals are to not eat fast food, eat more veggies and ride exercise bike 4 times a week and drink more water. so far i have lost 33lbs. but i have stalled because i don't do any exercises.

:hismilie: What a good idea!! I want to join in. I have actually gained 5-7 lbs. Truely scared to admit the 7lbs. I will weigh in tomorrow and 8/01. :rolleyes: Need to get back to gym. Have to go after work. Good luck everyone!!

Weighed this morning....down 1 more pound. My goal is four pounds for the two weeks. Next weigh-in August 1st. That is going to be a hard one for me...but it is really exciting to work hard..and the wait to weigh for the excitement.
OK...Day 1 for me Goldie...Started the day off with 20 oz. of H2O.
Going to Curves before doing some errands.
AND best of all........DH put my PILATES premier XP machine together last night.....no excuse ...so I will start with the basic moves video sometime today!!!! :)
OK....who's next...I know there are some more of you who needs a little more motivation!....Come on girls...FT boot camp needs you!
How's everybody mentally feeling today?..Positive, Negative..or still too early?..LOL!..Go make it a fat burning...weight loss day!

I am with you I weighed in this morning. I started having slimfast for breakfast. Going out to lunch with mom and my aunt but know I will do good.

weighed in this morning down 1 pound ate a salad for lunch bake chicken for dinner went for a walk for 20mins this morning before work will report again on august 1st good luck ladies and best wishes

ok,,, i'll give it a try (God knows I could use some motivation right now)
I'll weigh in tomorrow and again on 8/1
my plan is to eat more fresh veggies, less red meat, more white meat, cut way down on salt and preservatives and increase water. MAYBE monday can get back to the pool for laps.
hehehe...i'll even cheat a little and start taking the metformin again...i always lose a few pounds with that...lol

ok I weighed in this morning, a day late!
Starting weight - 230 lbs. Whew, ok I said it outloud! I would like to lose about 5 lbs every 2 weeks so I guess I will see if I can do it! Got up this morning feeling pretty good but Saturdays are always so hard for me! We usually go out for dinner, I dont know what to do! I am going to try and stay strong and go somewhere I can get something fairly healthy. If I can get thru today, I get get thru all week!!

Glad you joined us!.....If you ever go to dinner at Chili's...they have a Guiltless Grilled chicken dinner....very very good....Has parmeson cheese over the grilled chicken with corn on the cob.
Pilates is kicking my butt ladies. It is so hard. I think it may be a bit advanced for me, but I will try it. Pilates this morning. Think I will go hit the stat. bike and treadmill. Going to the movies tonight...so I know we will go out to eat also..... :rolleyes: But it's ok .....choose wisely...no problem.
Day 2...August 1st will be here before we know it.

I dont ususally buy People magazine. Usually wait till I am at the Doc's office to read it.lol but this week's has articles how people lost half there body weight. Its not very long article but intresting. the common thread seems to be weight watchers.
