Did you preorder the book and if so from where? I ordered two copies (my girlfriend's and mine) from Amazon.com. We are suppose to have them on Saturday. I know the last time I preordered online I had the book the day of the release so I hope Amazon is up to par this time too! :)

I pre-ordered mine and will (hopefully) be picking it up Saturday morning. I just warned dh last night we were going to the mall early Saturday...he's prolly thinking yeah right! LOL Little does he know that I have motivation to get ready fast!!! (I think he's forgotten that Saturday is the release date! LOL )

I ordered one from Amazon to be sent to dh in Iraq--no hopes of a saturday delivery though ;) and i preordered mine from the local bookstore here--didn't trust amazon to get it here saturday! :tongue:

Yup, pre-ordered from Amazon.com. I did the same for Book 5, and it was here on the first day of release as promised. I'm starting to go stir-crazy waiting for this silly book....

I haven't pre-ordered. Do you think it is too late? I don't want to not have it Saturday and know I can go get it somewhere and get stuck waiting until Monday!

I pre-ordered from a local feminist bookstore incidentally called Amazon Bookstore! Nothing to do with the online place - this store is walking distance, just 6 or 7 blocks from my house:

I preordered from a local bookstore. They are having a party on Friday night with all kinds of games and events, and then at midnight they will distribute the books to those who prepaid. I have not desire to go to the party, but I do plan to show up at midnight and get my book.

I ordered mine and my niece's through FT's link to Amazon, so FT will get a small spiff, I guess.

Just kind of bummed I won't be here Saturday. Man, if that thing doesn't show up, I'll have to wait until Monday and that's just not fair!

Yep, I pre-ordered too, with a local bookstore + I went and reconfirmed that my name's on the list.

I'm also going to the pre-release party on Friday night. I'll have my book at midnight!!!

Doreen, they sent the same email the last time too, but I got my book before noon on the release date. Here's hoping ours arrive on Saturday. If not I guess I will just have to wait until Monday. I won't have time to read this weekend anyway. :(

I did not pre-order one. I'll be at WalMart very early on Sat to get one, though. :D
