Down one more...doesn't sound like much..but I have been holding steady for about three weeks now. So...looks like I must be doing something a little different.

Idea: Anyone want to start a TWO Week BOOTCAMP...For two weeks we could set goals...and NOT weigh for two weeks...EVERY two weeks we change up either our eating plan or our exercise plan..to help keep the momentum going...I don't know maybe...Weigh days are the 1st and the 15th of every month...The 15th is this Friday..


Anybody interested in my plan? How's everyone going with the pounds down?

Hi Goldie!

I love the idea. Count me in! I was looking into Oprah's Boot Camp, but this sounds like more fun. My current weigh in day is Thursday, so I could easily move it to Friday.

hey goldie!

Good job on the pound! That is awwesome! I think I am down a pound also but it is hard to tell if it is one or two from so far away from the scale. All I know is it is lower then the little mark on the scale! keep up the great work!!

Congrats on the pound and yes it is important it means you are past the plateau.
