Down one more...doesn't sound like much..but I have been holding steady for about three weeks now. So...looks like I must be doing something a little different.
Idea: Anyone want to start a TWO Week BOOTCAMP...For two weeks we could set goals...and NOT weigh for two weeks...EVERY two weeks we change up either our eating plan or our exercise plan..to help keep the momentum going...I don't know maybe...Weigh days are the 1st and the 15th of every month...The 15th is this Friday..
Anybody interested in my plan? How's everyone going with the pounds down?
