Which books are you re-reading before this one comes out?!

I'm contemplating how far back I want to go with this. I at least want to do 5. But DH is re-reading 4 and said he's learning more this time that he forgot about. Sooooo...what to do ;) I highly doubt I can re-read 4 & 5 before this one is released. Ugh :D

I do want to read 4 again before the movie comes out in November though.

Just curious who is preparing and how ;)

I am re-reading 5, I started yesterday....I had forgotten how big it is :yikes: I have read 4 a couple of times already, so hopefully I can remember bits and pieces of it.

Number 4 will definitely get dusted off before the movie in Nov though.

I have to find mine!:o I think I loaned it to a friend, or it's in the bottom of my closet, or something...

Going to be looking for it after this long weekend!

Actually none! LOL! I rarely reread a book though these ones I am saving for when DS gets old enough for me to read them to him and eventually read them himself!

I reread 5 about a month ago and am rereading 4. I can't find my 2, which is the book Rowling said gave a hint about who the HBP is...and that is driving me nuts. I may have to check out half-price books on Tuesday and get another copy! LOL!

Hello there

I started re-reading about a month back.

I've re-read the first 4, and am currently re-reading OoTP.

It's amazing how much I've seemed to have missed during the first reading!!!

I picked up 4 yesterday, thanks to this thread. My family will have to learn to cook, clean and do their own laundry for a while.

Probably none here. I have way to much scrapbooking stuff to catch up on to find time to sit down. I am saving my "reading time" for the new book! :)

It's funny that I came across this post. I also re-read the last book before the new one comes out. I just need to refresh my memory since the first time I buzzed through the book at lightening speed. I also can't wait for the next movie to come out!!

Just finished 5 last night and 4 a few days ago....your dh was right. There are a lot of things you can forget!
I re-read Prizoner of Askaban right b4 seeing the movie and i got a little too upset over the differences so i'm glad i read GOF a few mths before the movie....
My dh always lectures me and says they can't fit the whole dang book into 2 hrs.

I reread all of them a few months back - well more than that, right around the time they announced the publication date. now i am reading the ultimate unofficial guide that a few people mentioned here.
