I have a question for anyone and everyone. I am having "cervical mucus issues" because of the clomid. I have heard a lot about using robitussin. How much , when, and what kind are you suppose to use? And is there any kind of lubricant that is conception approved.

I take robitussin for CM - it does work. I take 10ml four times a day - a few days before O and around O. Basically I take it the week I Ovulate up to ovulation. You want the kind with Guifesen on the label ( I KNOW I spelled that wrong) cos there are a few types of Robitussen cough medicine you can buy - DON'T use them, they will have an adverse effect on your CM. You need to mekse sure it's Robitussin with the "G"" word that I can't spell written on the label! lol

As for lubricant's that are conception approved, I just bought some Preseed last cycle and it's wonderful stuff. It's sperm friendly and I hear quite a few ladies get their BFP using it! It is good stuff, the consistency is like normal CM. I would reccomend to you for sure.

I didn't have that issue but was told by my doctor that if I did have that issue while on was on clomid they would do the insemination. You may want to try that.

Choose the Robitussin with no letters after it, i.e. "Robitussin-DM". You want the plain old Robitussin w/ one ingredient in it, which is guef..something.

Hi, just read your post. You can get pre-seed on-line or even on e-bay.

Aside from the robotussim (sp), you can also get mucinex...just the regular...with the "g" stuff mentioned above. My doctor recommends taking it twice a day just before and during "O". He said since it's a tablet it's much easier to take...which I agree.
