Hi! My name is Suzanne. In brief- my husband and I have been married for 7 years, during which time we've struggled with infertility. (I have PCOS - sigh....) We suffered through many "infertility treatments", which were difficult on us emotionally, (and on me physically). Anyway- when it comes down to it, what we want is to have a family. I will be 39 in 2 weeks, and hubby will be 45 next month. While getting pregnant would be a wonderful thing, I've pretty much given up on the idea. (At least, that's how I feel today!) We are currently exploring domestic adoption, either private, or through DCF.

(I hope you guys won't mind me hanging around, asking lots of questions......I hope, I hope....

Any insights?

Welcome to the board. We are also pursuing adoption. We went through 5 years of IF tx. Even though it didnt happen for me. Tx has worked for many of the women on this board.

We would love to have you hang out with us.
