1 took 2 HPTs and they were positive but I still wanted the to take beat and make it official. The nurse just called me and told me that I am pregnant!:celebrate
My numbers are Prog 27.5 and the beat is 470 14dpiui!
So, does anyone know how many babies I may be having? I had 4 follies for the diui.
I am scheduled for a second beta on Tues 18dpiui and then a US next week as per the nurse. That's pretty quick to know for sure(?) how many I'm having but I can't even wait til then!!!!!!!:jump:
:preggo:
I weigh 340lbs 5'9" so ladies you can all get pregnant because I know I am probably the heaviest one here!!!!!!!
baby dust to all!!!:kisses:

:D WELCOME Caspense. So glad you joined us!.....Girl we need to talk...First off I was right at your weight before losing these 50 pounds. I too am 5'9!...AND we share the same birthday.
I began 1500 mg Glucophage on March 14th. Many trip to the bathroom later....and it is finally starting to get better. I really can't say that I noticed any difference when eating one thing verses another. Because I am already OFF the sugar...and eating low-fat, high-grain...2 fruits a day and lots of veggie.
My view-point on ME being that "fluffy" was that...if I became pregnant at that weight...and gain a significant amount of weight...it would put me REALLY high...and that scared me...although most woman that are larger actually gain less (thank goodness:) ) It still very much concerned me. So my goal was to lose 50 lbs. and then go on clomid. I have four first cousins who conceived on clomid alone. The most current is 15 weeks with twins, on her second cycle of clomid.
Girl....I agree...It is VERY VERY tough. Wanting a BABY soooo bad...and worrying about having a safe pregnancy.
Sorry to high-jack your post bneefreak (aka MOMMY)....I'm just so excited to meet all these new folks....

Congrats!!!! I too am pregnant and it is very important for other full figured women with infertility issues to know that it is very possible. May take some time but it is possible. I got pregnant on my third cycle of clomid and now am 13 weeks and due 10/1/05. One thing I will say to anyone trying although it's important to talk with people with the same issues it's also very import to search out and read the sucess stories. You have to stay positive!!!!!!

Hi everyone!
I'm Barb and I just to say that I'm encouraged by all of those who are pregnant:preggo:
I can't wait til I'm there!
You all encourage me! I have to wait three months to start IVF so I decided to join a gym and loose some weight.
At 5 6" and 219 lbs I'm considered obese so I want to loose at least 30 lbs by august.
Keep the stories coming!
thanks again

i was told that at your 21 day prog test that they atleast want you to be a 15. not too sure how correct that is considering i've never made it to that number.

Unmedicated it should be over 10, and medicated it needs to be over 15.

I don't know how your doctor does that but I was on clomid and had to take provera each month to bring on my period. The first month I was put on 50mg. from days 5 to 9 and my progesterone was a 3.74, the second month I was put on 100mg from days 5 to 9 and my progesterone was a .94 if that's possible. My doctor suggested to change my ovulator kit because I had to come in 8 days from the day the kit changed and the first two months I used First Response I think and it would change on the second day testing so on the third month I switched to Clear Blue and he put me on clomid at 100mg from days 5 through 11 and my kit didn't change until the seventh day and my progesterone was a 16.5 and now I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I'm telling you I wonder if it was the kit the first two months.
